Ethics and legality

The ALPERIA Group conducts its business in compliance with laws, regulations, statutory provisions and applicable Community legislation, adopting attitudes that meet the criteria of transparency, honesty, ethical integrity, and rejecting all forms of corruption and illegal practices.

These are the values that permeate our corporate culture. These values are perfectly expressed through our Code of Ethics, which underlies our conduct, our activities and those of our business partners.

The Code applies to all Alperia Group's staff, i.e. anyone who, in any way and regardless of the type of contractual agreement, contributes to the attainment of the company's aims and objectives. Under no circumstances fulfilling the Group's interest can justify actions that breach our Code.

The bodies appointed to supervise the application of the Code of Ethics are the Supervisory Bodies of the Alperia Group companies, which guarantee the proper implementation and supervision of the principles included in the Code of Ethics.
