Transactions carried out by relevant persons
In this section, pursuant to the relevant European and national regulations on internal dealing, we publish transactions concerning financial instruments issued by Alperia AG/SpA, which have been carried out by relevant persons (Soggetti Rilevanti), as defined in the Internal Dealing Code of Conduct (Codice di comportamento Internal Dealing).
